XL to EXE Converter - XLtoEXE |
|
|
This utility converts
Microsoft® Excel® files from original XL
formats (XLS, XLA, XLT, XLAM, XLSM,
XLTM, XLSB, XLSX, XLTX) to EXE format
(convert XLS to EXE, convert XLA to EXE,
convert XLSM to EXE, convert Excel to
EXE). Like original XL files, the EXE
files created are not independent of
Excel, but they allow you to define
Excel properties before opening, and
improve the portability and
functionality of your workbooks with or
without macros and without macro alert,
transferring EXE file properties to XL
files.
The EXE format can be
understood too as "Active Format", a new
concept, because it controls the
application start.
To work directly in
Excel with EXE format can be better than
to work with an original XL format for
any Excel user type. For advanced users
like VBA developers, files with this
format can be better than Zip
selfextract and better than any
installer utility. Now the installer,
the packet and the uninstaller of a VBA
solution can be totally formatted in VBA
too.
All these features come
from a single file of only
.
The converter and any converted files
are standalone in the presence of the
Office library, no extra library is
necessary and neither changes in your
Excel or Windows setting.

Active Teach Ribbon for Excel® |
|
|
This utility is a COM
add-in programmed in VBA using RibbonX
and CommandBars objects to be functional
in any Office local language. It
destines to Excel users migrating to the
2007 or 2010 version that, knowing the
positions in the previous menu and
toolbars structure, want to know
instantaneously
where they are in the Ribbon or want,
eventually or not, to continue using
menu and toolbars structure in the
proper Excel 2007 or 2010 without
making changes in the Ribbon that could
disturb the adaptation to the new
interface.
|
Note: Showing a
classic interface, although the main
target described here is to teach the
positions in the new interface, the
Active Teach Ribbon has options to
satisfy everyone: those users who love
the new Ribbon interface and want to
learn it fast and those who hate it.
Despite Microsoft claims that it is an
irreversible success, some users may
want to hide it completely and show the
classic interface
with all its menus and toolbars,
including context ones. Please see the
FAQs for information about settings in
the page of each application version.
|
All your knowledge and
practice in the previous interface will
continue being useful as before and they
still go to facilitate your adaptation
to Excel new interface. Do not throw
away your experience, but do not
stagnate in it, by the contrary, use it
to advance.
It contemplates all
menu commands and toolbar buttons in all
of their different possible positions to
be taught and/or acted, about 857 in 33
bars, that are shown by option or by
context like in the original. The
structure pops up selectively with the
mouse running and goes away in an
automatic fashion without polluting the
new interface with bars, which is the
main target of the Ribbon

Portable XLS Printer for Excel® |
|
|
This utility is a COM
add-in or add-in (.xla) programmed in
Microsoft® Visual Basic® for Application
(VBA) that makes it possible to generate
an XLS (or XLSX) file from a sheet in an
another XL file opened in Microsoft®
Excel® that summarizes only the
printable data in the set print area.
The generated XLS and the original look
the same in print as they do on the
screen, but the generated XLS is more
portable, because it contains only the
data necessary to produce the print-out.
And, like any other file, you can email
or transfer it using a CD, DVD, USB
drive, or network connection. It is also
easy to share, because you can view it
on any computer or cloud computing
environment with a recent XLS viewer
installed, even if the same Excel
version used to create the original XL
file is unavailable, avoiding the
complications of formulas, filters,
links, macros, etc. This solution also
avoids the unnecessary sending of
copyrighted data or data hidden or
filtered in the original XL file that
may require privacy as a whole.
Portable XL generation is similar to PDF
generation, but dealing with a
spreadsheet offers some advantages...

Printed Watermark for Excel® |
|
|
This utility is a COM
add-in or add-in (.xla) programmed in
VBA that inserts printed watermark in
Excel 2002(XP), 2003, 2007, and 2010
sheets. It is not a workaround. It
functions equal or better than the
"Printed Watermark" command of the Word.
Moreover inserting pictures, it permits
still to position, change colors, change
size, copy between sheets of opened and
closed workbooks, and much more.
Watermark normally is a
ghosted text picture that is behind the
content on the printed page. This is
often used to indicate that a printed
document is to be treated as specially,
such as DRAFT, URGENT or CONFIDENTIAL.
Pictures saved in several file formats
(gif, jpg, bmp, etc.) can too be used to
improve the aesthetics and to
personalize printed documents...
